NOVELTY - A graphene/tin oxide manometer composite material preparing method involves dissolving tin tetrachloride in methanol, ultrasound assisted to make it fully dissolved after adding graphene oxide, adding cetyl trimethyl ammonium bromide, thoroughly mixed to mixed solution. Aqueous ammonia solution is added to adjusted to pH 9. Mass or volume ratio of tin tetrachloride, tin dichloride and methanol of 5 wt/vol.% is placed in the reaction followed by cooling reactor to room temperature, taking out the reaction and after centrifugation, washing and drying to obtain finished product. USE - Method for preparing graphene/tin oxide manometer composite material of the gas sensor that is utilized in detection of triethylamine. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A graphene/tin oxide manometer composite material preparing method involves dissolving 2-2.5 parts tin tetrachloride in methanol, ultrasound assisted to make it fully dissolved after adding 0.0005-0.001 parts graphene oxide, ultrasound after 30-45 minutes, adding 0.05-0.06 parts cetyl trimethyl ammonium bromide, thoroughly mixed to mixed solution. Aqueous ammonia solution is added to adjusted to pH 9, to continue the ultrasound for 30-45 minutes. Mass or volume ratio of tin tetrachloride, tin dichloride and methanol of 5 wt/vol.% is placed in the reaction kettle at 140-150 degrees C for 18-20 hours, followed by cooling reactor to room temperature, taking out the reaction and after centrifugation, washing and drying to obtain finished product.
