NOVELTY - High heat dissipation powder coating includes 35-60 wt.% graphene modified polyester resin; 4-25 wt.% curing agent; 1-5 wt.% wetting accelerator; 5-40 wt.% filler; 1-10 wt.% leveling agent and 1-5 wt.% degassing agent. USE - High heat dissipation powder coating. ADVANTAGE - The high heat dissipation powder coating enables to realizes uniform dispersion of graphene in polyester resin by adding graphene in polyester resin synthesis stage; has high thermal conductivity and high infrared emissivity of graphene; has excellent heat dissipation performance after curing; provides resistant to non-added graphene system; and improves neutral salt spray and weather resistance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing high heat dissipation powder coating, which involves: (A) placing formula amount of polyol, branching agent, graphene dispersion, aromatic acid, and appropriate amount of catalyst into reaction kettle at same time, and heating at 1-2 degrees C in nitrogen atmosphere; increasing temperature to 235-255 degrees C , and maintain at rate of 235-255 degrees C after system clarified, detecting acid value of 5-20 mg potassium hydroxide (KOH)/g by adding secondary acidolytic agent, when acid value of polyester, which is 35-70 mgKOH/g, then reducing temperature to 230-240 degrees C at rate of 3-5 degrees C/minute, and vacuum (0-0.1 MegaPascal) polycondensation, where acid value of polyester reaches 25-55 mgKOH/g, then venting gas in reactor, and lower temperature to 180-230 degrees C, adding antioxidant, and curing accelerator, and maintaining 5-30 minutes before discharging; (B) heating barrel of mixing, extrusion, and dispersing device to 100-200 degrees C, and adding graphene modified polyester resin, wetting accelerator, filler, leveling agent, and deaerator in proportion in hopper of mixing, performing extrusion, and dispersing device; (C) starting screw of mixing, extruding, and dispersing device, adjusting screw speed to 45-80 rotation/minute, after screw speed becomes stable, starting feeder, and then extruding mixture in hopper by screw in barrel; (D) cooling mixture, sending mixture to tablet press for crushing treatment; (E) sending crushed mixed material into grinder to grind through 250-mesh sieve to obtain mixed powder; and (F) adding mixed powder, and curing agent in proportion to stirring, and dispersing kettle for thorough mixing, and then sending to grinder to grind through 500-mesh sieve, which is high heat dissipation powder coating.
