▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Method for preparing graphene oxide/graphene/polyaniline composite material, involves (a) adding graphene oxide into the medium water, carrying out ultrasonic oxidation treatment using a cell crusher, adding graphite to obtain a mixed solution and carrying out ultrasonic stripping treatment on the mixed solution using the cell crusher, (b) centrifuging the treated mixed solution to remove non-stripped graphite and collecting suspension to obtain a graphene oxide/graphene mixed suspension, and (c) adding an aniline monomer solution containing hydrochloric acid to the mixed suspension, adding ammonium persulfate solution, stirring, reacting, filtering and washing. USE - The method is useful for preparing graphene oxide/graphene/polyaniline composite material in supercapacitors (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The composite material has excellent dispersing effect and excellent performance, and prevents re-polymerization of graphene. The method is simple and easy to operate, shortens the preparation time, improves electrochemical performance of the composite material and adopts simple post-treatment. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a ternary composite material of graphene oxide/graphene/polyaniline prepared by the above-mentioned preparation method.
