NOVELTY - A conductive silver paste comprises 60-75 pts. wt. silver powder, 8-12 pts. wt. modified calcium carbonate, 2-4 pts. wt. adhesive, 0.3-0.6 pt. wt. 701 powder toughening agent, 0.2-0.4 pt. wt. dispersant, 0.1-0.2 pt. wt. acrylic modifier, 0.5-0.8 pt. wt. ammonium chloride, 0.6-1.2 pts. wt. modified graphene and 150-200 pts. wt. water. The dispersant comprises 12-18 pts. wt. aminopropyl triethoxysilane, 15-22 pts. wt. aluminum carbide and 10-16 pts. wt. magnesium sulfate. USE - Conductive silver paste (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The conductive silver paste has high viscosity, strong adhesive force and excellent conductivity, and is environmentally-friendly. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A conductive silver paste comprises 60-75 pts. wt. silver powder, 8-12 pts. wt. modified calcium carbonate, 2-4 pts. wt. adhesive, 0.3-0.6 pt. wt. 701 powder toughening agent, 0.2-0.4 pt. wt. dispersant, 0.1-0.2 pt. wt. acrylic modifier, 0.5-0.8 pt. wt. ammonium chloride, 0.6-1.2 pts. wt. modified graphene and 150-200 pts. wt. water. The dispersant comprises 12-18 pts. wt. aminopropyl triethoxysilane, 15-22 pts. wt. aluminum carbide and 10-16 pts. wt. magnesium sulfate. The binder comprises 110-125 pts. wt. tapioca starch, 12-15 pts. wt. glycidyl methacrylate, 10-13 pts. wt. dimethylacetamide, 1.6-3.5 pts. wt. potassium hydroxide, 3.5-5.6 pts. wt. epoxy chlorobutane, 3-5 pts. wt. urea, 0.3-0.5 pt. wt. 5-dimethyl-2,5-bis(benzoylperoxy)-hexane, 0.1-0.2 pt. wt. azobisisobutyric acid(ethylene glycol)acrylate, 0.1-0.2 pt. wt. vanadium pentoxide, 0.1-0.3 pt. wt. organic tin stabilizer, 0.6-1 pt. wt. citric acid ester and 0.3-0.6 pt. wt. propyltrimethoxysilane. The adhesive is prepared by adjusting pH of cassava starch slurry to 3.2-3.5, mixing resultant slurry, 2-2.6% glycidyl methacrylate, dimethylacetamide, 5-dimethyl-2,5-bis(benzoylperoxy)hexane and vanadium pentoxide, stirring at 48-55 degrees C at the speed of 60-80 rpm, carrying out crosslinking grafting reaction for 3-4 hours, obtaining slurry (II), adding potassium hydroxide to slurry (II), adjusting the pH to 9.4-9.8, adding epichlorohydrin, urea, azobisisobutyric acid(ethylene glycol)acrylate, citrate and propyltrimethoxysilane, stirring at 55-60 degrees C at the speed of 60-100 rpm, carrying out crosslinking reaction for 1.5-2 hours, obtaining slurry (III), adding organic tin stabilizer to slurry (III), adjusting the pH to 8-8.5, heating at 78-82 degrees C, and gelatinizing for 54-58 minutes. The modified graphene is obtained by ultrasonically processing graphene in magnetic field strength of 5500-6800 GS and ultrasonic power is 300-600W, at 45-55 degrees C in the speed of 200-300 rpm, obtaining graphene powder, adding 5-8% sodium dioctylsuccinate sulfonate to graphene powder, heating at 60-72 degrees C and modifying at 100-150 rpm for 1-1.8 hours.
