NOVELTY - Anticorrosive powder coating comprises graphene base powder and silver powder, where graphene base powder comprises 80-85 pts. wt. high performance polyester resin, 10-20 pts. wt. curing agent, 0.5-6 pts. wt. graphene mixture, 0-3 pts. wt. pigment, 1-3 pts. wt. auxiliary agent, and silver powder comprises 1-4 pts. wt. high-gloss silver powder, and 0.3-1 pts. wt. suspending silver agent. USE - Anticorrosive powder coating. ADVANTAGE - The anticorrosive powder coating having electroplated mirror, has strong weather resistance, non-toxic and harmless to environment, impact erosion proof, good waterproof damp-proof, high decorative effect, low cost, safe operation, high finished product rate, and stable performance with large manufacturer of production requirements. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing anticorrosive powder coating, which involves: (A) putting all raw materials into high-speed mixer and then melt-extruding through an extruder, then subjecting to tableting, air-cooling, coarse crushing, and fine grinding, finally sieving into graphene-containing base powder with an average particle diameter of 30-40 mu m, and then putting high-gloss silver powder and suspending silver agent into a mixer for mixing to obtain silver powder; (B) adding graphene base powder in an amount of 40-60 wt.% of bonding machine; (C) adding prepared silver powder into bonding machine, and performing bonding operation by setting parameters of the bonding machine; and (D) sieving prepared powder through 140-180 meshes vibrating sieve to get final produc.
