▎ 摘　　要

NOVELTY - Method for preparing functionalized graphene-carbon black composite pellet, involves adding plant polyphenol to graphene aqueous solution, ultrasonically treating to obtain functionalized graphene aqueous solution, directly adding functionalized graphene aqueous solution and binder to carbon black granulation water, and preparing composite granules using carbon black granulator after vigorously stirring and mixing using stirring gear. USE - The method is used for preparing functionalized graphene-carbon black composite pellet used for preparing polymer rubber composite material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method rapidly interacts with polar groups on surface of carbon black particles, effectively avoids the aggregation between graphene, solves the problem of poor dispersivity and difficult application of graphene in polymer materials, ensures excellent stability and large graphene dispersion on composite pellet, and promotes the application of graphene in direction of polymer materials.
