NOVELTY - Method for producing natural color pulp for paper making comprises (a) classifying raw materials, taking bamboo, reed and corn straw raw materials and separating stem and leaf, (b) classifying and crushing stem and leaves of the raw materials, and crushing to required size, (c) pre-treating raw material, (d) separating crushed residue of stem and the leaves, (e) adding 2-3 wt.% biological enzyme to the crushed residues of the stem leaves, and (f) controlling water content of the leaves and the pre-treatment time of the biological enzyme, (g) mixing the stem leaf slag pre-treated by biological enzyme after mixing, cooking and pulping by chemical method, (i) dredging and screening the slurry after cooking. USE - The method is useful for producing natural color pulp for paper making. ADVANTAGE - The method provides a simple structure, reasonable design, convenient use of papermaking natural color pulp production process, and improves the efficiency of crushing and processing quality, ensuring the quality of the post-color pulp. The slurry is added with agent removing, reducing the peculiar smell of the raw material in the natural color pulp, and ensuring the comfort of the later paper production.
