NOVELTY - Reduced graphene oxide is restored by dispersing graphene oxide in solvent, adding 1st Lewis acid and methyl or methylene-containing compound to obtain 1st mixture, reacting in microwave, refluxing, purifying, drying to obtain 1st crude product (S110), adding 2nd Lewis acid, adding aromatic hydrocarbon repairing filler, mixing to obtain 2nd mixture, reacting to obtain solid melt, isolating, purifying to obtain 2nd crude product (S120), adding 3rd Lewis acid and metal powder catalyst to obtain 3rd mixture, reacting, vacuumizing, annealing, cooling, isolating, and purifying (S130). USE - Restoration of reduced graphene oxide (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The restoration of reduced graphene oxide effectively restores defect i.e. single and double-vacancy defects and reduces deoxygenation of reduced graphene oxide. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Reduced graphene oxide is restored by dispersing graphene oxide in solvent to obtain graphene dispersion, adding 1st Lewis acid and methyl or methylene-containing compound to obtain 1st mixture, reacting in microwave at 300-900 W for 0.5-2 hours, refluxing for 3-5 hours, purifying, drying to obtain 1st crude product, adding 2nd Lewis acid, adding aromatic hydrocarbon repairing filler, uniformly mixing to obtain 2nd mixture, reacting to obtain solid melt, isolating, purifying to obtain 2nd crude product, adding 3rd Lewis acid and metal powder catalyst to obtain 3rd mixture, reacting under protection of carbon source-containing gas at 450-500 degrees C for 1-2 hours, vacuumizing, annealing at 200-350 degrees C for 5-8 hours, cooling to room temperature, isolating, and purifying.
