▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Converting a graphene oxide target into graphene comprises irradiating the graphene oxide target (104) with a light of sufficient energy to initiate a deoxidation reaction of the graphene oxide target. USE - The method is useful for converting a graphene oxide target into graphene. ADVANTAGE - The method does not require hydrazine, high temperature and inert gas atmosphere for carrying out deoxidation reaction of the graphene oxide target. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a device (100) comprising: a graphene oxide target; and a light source (102) located at a distance from the graphene oxide target, where the light source is designed in such a way that it emits a light impulse (106) of sufficient energy on the graphene oxide target to initiate the deoxidation reaction of the graphene oxide target.
