▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The absorber has multiple absorber units that are orderly arranged with each other from bottom to top. A bottom metal film (1), a middle dielectric layer (2) and a top petal-shaped graphene unit (3) are attached to each other. The top petal-shaped graphene unit comprises a circular perforation (4) such that a geometric center of the circular perforation, a geometric center of the petal-shaped graphene unit and a geometric center of the bottom metal film are is in a straight line. The top petal-shaped graphene unit is provided with a single-layer atomic arrangement structure. The bottom metal film is formed as a reflector. USE - Graphene-based terahertz dual-band tunable absorber. ADVANTAGE - The absorber is simple and compact in structure and easy to use, and can calculate and simulate absorption spectrum of terahertz wave band through finite frequency domain difference function and optimize an absorbing structure with high absorption capacity of two broadband in terahertz wave band so as to tune absorption rate and amplitude in an effective manner.
