NOVELTY - Device comprises a first roller (100) for feeding and recovering a porous metal foam (10) in a roll-to-roll manner, a heating unit (200) for heat-treating the porous metal foam and forming a graphene on the surface of the porous metal foam, and a second roller (300) for collecting and supplying the heat-treated metal foam in a roll-to-roll manner. USE - The device and method are useful to produce graphene for super capacitor (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The device and method produce graphene having stable three-dimensional steric structure and excellent in productivity and processability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: (1) producing graphene, comprising (a) firstly supplying the porous metal foam by a roll-to-roll method, (b) heating the porous metal foam, (c) recovering the heat-treated porous metal foam by the roll-to-roll method, (d) supplying the first recovered porous metal foam by the roll-to-roll method, (e) forming graphene on the porous metal foam surface, and (f) collecting the porous metal foam having the graphene formed thereon by a roll-to-roll method; and (2) supercapacitor comprising graphene or porous metal foam formed by graphene as an electrode.
