▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Healthcare composite fabric comprises 33-35 wt.% Terylene, 30-40 wt.% composite fiber, 6-8 wt.% Spandex, 6-8 wt.% composite fabric and 6-8 wt.% dipping liquid. USE - Used as healthcare composite fabric. ADVANTAGE - The fabric improves the thermal insulation of composite fabrics. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for processing the fabric, comprising (i) alternately arranging blending of composite fiber and Spandex and the blending of polyester filament and Spandexin various weft yarns, utilizing single-sided weaving method to form a flat weave structure, making sure that the Spandex is fully lined on the fabric surface under the composite fabric and polyester and is not exposed; (ii) placing the raw materials on a special dyeing machine for corresponding dyeing, and carrying out corresponding finishing after dyeing; (iii) adding 3 pts. wt. potassium cocoate and 5 pts. wt. sodium carboxymethyl starch into 20 pts. wt. water, stirring and mixing at 68-88degrees Celsius, adding 2 pts. wt. tannins and 1 pts. wt. ammonium persulfate, stirring and mixing, and cooling; (iv) (iva) taking the gel layer and laying flat on the glue dispenser, dispensing the upper surface of the gel layer with flame retardant hot melt glue through a dispensing roller, and laying the thermal insulation fabric on the gel layer, rolling with a pressure roller, and curing for 24-48 hours; and (ivb) turning the gel layer over, laying flat, and repeating step (iva) to obtain a composite fabric consisting of thermal insulation fabric, gel layer, and thermal insulation fabric from bottom to top, and adhering the composite fabric to both sides of the (ii) raw material; and (v) placing the initial fabric obtained in step (iv) into the dipping solution obtained in step (iii), soaking for 3-8 hours, and subjecting to microwave drying at 40-60degrees Celsius.
