NOVELTY - Ultrasonic flaw detection coupling agent comprises 10-25 pts. wt. aqueous alkyd resin, 0.1-0.5 pts. wt. graphene oxide, 0.02-0.05 pts. wt. antifoaming agent, 1-3 pts. wt. thickening agent, 0.1-0.3 pts. wt. emulsifying agent, 0.1-0.2 pts. wt. drying agent, and 75-85 pts. wt. water. The antifoaming agent comprises organosilicone defoamer BYK-028 (Antifoam agent) and/or Tego-810 (Defoamer). The thickening agent is hydroxypropyl methylcellulose or RM-8W. The emulsifying agent is an isomeric alcohol ether or an alcohol ether carboxylate. The drying agent comprises ZH-101, 123Aqua and/or WD06. The aqueous alkyd resin comprises aqueous alkyd resin AK-389, W6001 and/or aqueous hyperbranched acrylic modified alkyd resin D106A. USE - Ultrasonic flaw detection coupling agent is used for building or bridge steel structure and boiler, pressure container, shipbuilding and building steel structure. ADVANTAGE - The ultrasonic flaw detection couplant has excellent ultrasonic coupling, without cleaning after finishing the detection, naturally and quickly drying the film, long-acting and stable. The steel structure surface has excellent anti-corrosion and wear-resisting property, chemical additive amount is small, and it is non toxicity and side effect to human body.
