NOVELTY - The preparation of graphene aerogel composite nickel cobalt oxide nanowire array material involves placing graphene oxide solution in reaction kettle, reacting, cooling, drying to prepare graphene aerogel, dissolving nickel chloride hexahydrate, cobalt chloride hexahydrate and urea in deionized water, stirring, dispersing to obtain mixed solution, placing graphene aerogel in mixed solution, reacting, cooling, washing, drying to obtain precursor, placing precursor in furnace, heating and cooling to prepare graphene aerogel composite nickel cobalt oxide nanowire array material. USE - Preparation of graphene aerogel composite nickel cobalt oxide nanowire array material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparation of graphene aerogel composite nickel cobalt oxide nanowire array material with high specific capacity, excellent performance and excellent cycle stability by simple and environmentally-friendly process. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - The preparation of graphene aerogel composite nickel cobalt oxide nanowire array material involves placing graphene oxide solution having concentration of 2-2.5 kg/m3 in a reaction kettle, hydrothermally reacting at 145-155 degrees C for 2-3 hours, natural cooling, freeze-drying to prepare graphene aerogel, dissolving nickel chloride hexahydrate, cobalt chloride hexahydrate and urea in molar ratio of 1:2:(7-10) in deionized water, stirring, ultrasonically dispersing to obtain mixed solution, placing graphene aerogel in mixed solution, hydrothermally reacting at 90-95 degrees C for 20-24 hours, natural cooling, washing, freeze drying to obtain precursor, placing precursor in tube-type atmosphere furnace, heating at 300-400 degrees C and rate of 1-2 degrees C/minute, heat preserving for 1.5-3 hours, cooling to prepare graphene aerogel composite nickel cobalt oxide nanowire array material, combining array material with graphene in three-dimensional macroporous aerogel, forming closely aligned nanowire array, and forming graphene aerogel nanowire array by forming aerogel macroporous and nanowire mesoporous graphene aerogel. The concentration of nickel chloride hexahydrate is 0.016-0.1 mol/l. The mass ratio of graphene aerogel and nickel chloride hexahydrate in mixed solution is 1:(2-4). The supported nickel cobalt oxide nanowire is porous structure. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for graphene aerogel composite nickel cobalt oxide nanowire array material.
