NOVELTY - A graphene thermal conductive ink comprises graphene, aqueous polyacrylate, dispersant and solvent. USE - Graphene thermal conductive ink used in composite material for thermal conductive adhesive used in thermal management (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The graphene thermal conductive ink is prepared by a high-pressure micro-jet method, and the graphene is obtained without a chemical method (redox method). The whole process has no by-products, can be continuously produced on large scale, and environmentally friendly. The thermal conductive composites materials can be controlling the concentration of graphite, pressure of the high-pressure micro-jet, number of cycles and other parameters. Graphene thermal conductive composites materials can be used as thermally conductive adhesives, The thermal conductivity is ≮ 0 .7W.m-1K-1, providing a heat dissipation solution for fields with thermal management needs. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: preparation of the graphene thermal conductive ink, which involves (s1) mixing aqueous polyacrylate and dispersant in solvent, and stirring to dissolve the dispersant to obtain a pretreatment emulsion, (s2) adding graphite powder to the pretreatment emulsion, and performing high-pressure micro-jet treatment by adopting high-pressure micro-jet equipment; and graphene thermal conductive composite material comprising a film formed by coating and curing the graphene thermal conductive ink.
