NOVELTY - Ship deck surface skid-proof wear-resistant coating comprises 30-50 pts. wt. epoxy resin, 0.0001-0.05 pts. wt. graphene, 0.001-0.01 pts. wt. paeonol, 0.01-0.8 pts. wt. carbon fiber powder, 0.2-3 pts. wt. dibutyl phthalate, 2-24 pts. wt. silica, 1-12 pts. wt. titanium dioxide, 0.5-6 pts. wt. silicon carbide and 5-15 pts. wt. polyamide, where epoxy resin has epoxy value of 0.25-0.4, specific surface area of graphene is not greater than 2500 m2/g, carbon fiber powder monofilament diameter is 5-10 mu m, weight ratio between silica, titanium dioxide and silicon carbide is 4:2:1, and particle size is 20-80 mu m. USE - Used as ship deck surface skid-proof wear-resistant coating. ADVANTAGE - The coating has excellent anti-sliding wear-resisting effect, strong stability, simple preparation process and low cost. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Ship deck surface skid-proof wear-resistant coating comprises 30-50 pts. wt. epoxy resin, 0.0001-0.05 pts. wt. graphene, 0.001-0.01 pts. wt. paeonol, 0.01-0.8 pts. wt. carbon fiber powder, 0.2-3 pts. wt. dibutyl phthalate, 2-24 pts. wt. silica, 1-12 pts. wt. titanium dioxide, 0.5-6 pts. wt. silicon carbide and 5-15 pts. wt. polyamide, where epoxy resin has epoxy value of 0.25-0.4, specific surface area of graphene is not greater than 2500 m2/g, carbon fiber powder monofilament diameter is 5-10 mu m, ratio between length and diameter is 3:1-6:1, weight ratio between silica, titanium dioxide and silicon carbide is 4:2:1, and particle size is 20-80 mu m. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing ship deck surface skid-proof wear-resistant coating comprising (i) adding 30-50 pts. wt. epoxy resin sequentially with 0.0001-0.05 pts. wt. graphene, 0.001-0.01 pts. wt. paeonol, 0.01-0.8 pts. wt. carbon fiber powder, and 0.2-3 pts. wt. dibutyl phthalate, mixing to obtain material A, (ii) placing 2-24 pts. wt. silica, 1-12 pts. wt. titanium dioxide, 0.5-6 pts. wt. silicon carbide and 5-15 pts. wt. polyamides in ball mill and grinding to a particle size of 20-150 mu m to obtain material B, and (iii) adding material B into material A at 40-60 degrees C, mixing for 30-50 minutes with 500-800 revolutions/minute, and rolling surface of the deck of the ship to a thickness of 20-3000 mu m and drying.
