NOVELTY - A graphene fireproof coating comprises, 0.Ol-5 pts. wt. graphene, 2-8 pts. wt. rosin, 18-36 pts. wt. acrylic resin, 9-20 pts. wt. polyphosphate, 4-8 pts. wt. melamine, 8-18 pts. wt. pentaerythritol, 1 -3 pts. wt. magnesium oxide nanoparticles, and 10-50 pts. wt. solvent. USE - Graphene fireproof coating for tinplate (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The graphene fireproof coating has excellent fire resistance, improved adhesion, increased expansion coefficient, and reduced the heat transfer rate. The sheet coated with graphene fireproof coating has excellent strength. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) preparation of graphene fireproof coating, which involves obtaining graphene slurry by stirring graphene and rosin, mixing acrylic resin, polyphosphate, melamine, pentaerythritol, and nano-magnesium oxide powder to obtain a coating, mixing with graphene slurry, adding solvent, stirring in a high shear machine at 1000-1500 rpm for 20-30 minutes, and standing; and (2) method of applying graphene fireproof coating, which involves applying the coating to the surface of tin plate having thickness 1900-2500 mu m by brush coating, roller coating or spraying method, and drying at 20-25 degrees C for 24 hours.
