NOVELTY - Toughened glass comprises 90-120 pts. wt. silicon carbide, 10-40 pts. wt. calcium phosphate, 10-30 pts. wt. aluminum oxide, 5-30 pts. wt. silicon nitride, 5-20 pts. wt. iron oxide, 10-20 pts. wt. magnesium oxide, 10-18 pts. wt. polystyrene, 10-18 pts. wt. tetrafluoroethylene emulsion, 5-20 pts. wt. silicon carbide, 10-16 pts. wt. lanthanum oxide, 8-10 pts. wt. graphene and 6-16 pts. wt. barium peroxide. USE - The toughened glass is useful for photovoltaic power generation system. ADVANTAGE - The toughened glass has good toughness, better transmittance, and more high temperature resistance.
