NOVELTY - Preparation of composite porous carbon material involves preparing mixed solution of carbonized material, graphene material and reducing agent, hydrothermally reacting, obtaining composite carbon material, activating and post-treating. USE - Preparation of composite porous carbon material used for preparing electronic component e.g. capacitor and/or electrode (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method efficiently provides composite porous carbon material having high specific surface area and specific capacitance, and excellent conductivity, without affecting the environment.
