NOVELTY - Method for polymer powder bed inkjet sintering 3D printing involves (a) slicing the 3D model to be printed by computer to obtain the profile information of each section, (b) placing the polymer powder into the laying tank, placing the ink into the ink cartridge connected to the nozzle, placing the curing agent into another container connected to the nozzle, and preheating the printing bed, (c) using the roller is used to roll the material, and the nozzle sprays ink according to the pattern of the slice section, (d) spraying curing agent using the nozzle according to the pattern of the slice section to solidify and bond the molding, (e) the print bed descends a certain distance, repeating the operations of step (c) and step (d) until the end of printing, and (f) after preliminary surface cleaning treatment of the workpiece, placing it into a microwave processing device for further microwave curing and molding. USE - The method is used for polymer powder bed inkjet sintering 3D printing (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method of combining with microwave processing after one-step molding avoids the process of illumination curing after printing each time, improves the production rate, and the welding seam after microwave processing is less than welding seam of the existing technology, and greatly improves the mechanical property.
