▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparing graphene-containing copper-based alloy blank comprises (i) using pure copper ingot, pure silver ingot, pure copper powder and graphene powder as raw material, where weight of raw materials are 65 wt.% pure copper ingot, 30 wt.% pure silver ingot, 4 wt.% pure copper powder and 1 wt.% graphene powder, where pure copper powder has a diameter of 50-100 mu m and removing surface oxide by reduction treatment; (ii) mixing pure copper ingot and pure silver ingot, heating to 1050 degrees C to melt to obtain alloy melt, preserving heat for 10 minutes, adding pure copper powder and graphene powder, stirring alloy melt fully by mechanical stirring, cooling alloy melt to 900 degrees C, allowing to stand for 10-15 minutes to solidify alloy melt rapidly and forming melt of the semi-solid mixed structure; and (iii) pouring the melt of the semi-solid mixed structure into an abrasive tool, cooling by circulating water to prepare ingot and cooling to room temperature at a rate of 50-200 degrees C/minute. USE - The method is useful for preparing graphene-containing copper-based alloy blank.
