NOVELTY - Preparation of graphene membrane involves cleaning copper foil substrate, adding to reaction chamber of chemical vapor deposition apparatus, evacuating, passing protective gas into the reaction chamber, stopping protective gas, evacuating, reacting at 250-400 degrees C, flowing carbon-containing fluid with flow rate of 50-1000 sccm, heat-preserving for 10-100 minutes, stopping heating carbon-containing fluid, cooling to room temperature, removing metal substrate, obtaining metal substrate with graphene, etching metal substrate with corrosive liquids, and cleaning graphene membrane. USE - Preparation of graphene membrane (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables energy-saving preparation of graphene membrane having high conductivity under mild reaction conditions.
