▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The sensor has a flexible polyethylene glycol terephthalate substrate, an interdigital electrode with a metal layer structure that is printed on the polyethylen-ethylene-terephthalates substrate and a gas sensitive film that is coated on the interdigital electrodes. The gas sensitive membrane material is a copper ion modified polypyrrole/reduced graphene oxide powder. The graphene oxide and pyrrole mixed solution is added to a hydrothermal kettle, and treated at 180-220℃ for 12-36 hours. The solution is cooled to room temperature, and centrifuged and separated the obtained solution. The separated product is washed with ethanol and water, and dried to obtain a black-pyrrol/reducing graphene oxide solution. 2-5 mg/ml of poly pyrrol-reducing graphite oxide powder is added into 20-30 ml aqeuous solution of copper chloride solution, and stirred for 2-3 hours. USE - The sensor is useful for detecting dimethyl methylphosphonate at room temperature (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The room temperature DMMP sensor has improved hydrogen bond action between the polypyrrole/reducing graphene oxide sensitive material and DMMP molecule by copper ion auxiliary. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparation of the room temperature dimethyl methylphosphonate sensor based on copper ion modified polypyrrole/reduced graphene oxide.
