NOVELTY - The structure (1) has a piezoelectric layer (2) whose one side is provided with one electrical conductive element (5) while other side is provided with two electrical conductive elements (6,7). A protecting layer (10) made of graphene is formed at an opposite side of the electrical conductive element (5). A protecting layer (11) made of perylene and polyimide is formed on the protecting layer (10). USE - Ultrasonic wave producing and detecting arrangement structure for parking sensor and driver assistance system of motor car. Can also be used in robot such as vacuum cleaner, lawn mower, and transportation robot used in manufacturing facility, hospital, or nursing home, ultrasound shock apparatus, support for visually impaired person, ultrasound guide dog, space monitoring application and in wireless communication application. ADVANTAGE - Since the graphene protecting layer is formed at opposite side of one electrical conductive element provided at one side of piezoelectric layer, the fault liability can be reduced. Thus, the reliability of the arrangement structure can be improved while achieving inexpensive operation.
