NOVELTY - Polyester fiber carbon neutralizing sound absorbing plate comprises a polyester fiber sound absorbing plate base body, where the polyester fiber sound absorbing plate base body comprising 75-100 pts. wt. polyester fiber, 10-20 pts. wt. nano carbon material, the nano carbon material comprising acetylene black, carbon nano-tube and graphene oxide, the mass ratio of the acetylene black, carbon nano-tube and graphene oxide is 1: 3-4: 8. USE - Used as polyester fiber carbon neutralizing sound absorbing plate. ADVANTAGE - The absorbing plate: compounded by using polyester fiber and nano-carbon material; has the sound wave shuttles between the micro-hole and the bubble; generates friction with the hole wall by vibrating the sound wave; can convert partial sound energy into heat energy consumption, and improves the sound absorbing effect. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing polyester fiber carbon neutralizing sound absorbing plate comprising (i) preparing, polyester fiber sound panel by taking nano-carbon material and deionized water, stirring and mixing and ultrasonically dispersing to obtain dispersed mixed solution, uniformly spraying the dispersed mixed solution to the surface of the polyester fiber, stirring and mixing, carding into net after opening treatment, needling and reinforcing after cross lapping, reinforcing by hot air in an oven, collecting to obtain the matrix polyester fiber layer, taking the base polyester fiber layer and hot pressing forming, preparing the polyester fiber sound absorbing plate, (ii) preparing mesoporous graphene gel by taking graphene oxide dispersion liquid, ethylenediamine and polyvinyl alcohol solution, stirring and mixing, performing hydrothermal reaction, collecting to obtain mixed solution, dialyzing the mixed solution by deionized water, adding in the ethanol solution, collecting to obtain mesoporous graphene gel solution, (iii) coating the mesoporous graphene gel liquid with one side of the polyester fiber sound absorbing plate substrate and the graphene foam layer surface, then compounding the polyester fiber sound absorbing plate substrate and coating the graphene foam layer with the mesoporous graphene gel, pressurizing and pressing processing, allowing to stand, and curing, pressure maintaining, vacuum freezing and drying.
