▎ 摘 要

NOVELTY - Production of graphene includes preparing electrolyte, adding anode material, fixing with foam paper, fixing with cathode material, inserting inert gas thin tube, connecting periphery of electrolyte to cooling device, connecting positive electrode and negative electrode of direct current power source to anode material and cathode material, continuously feeding inert gas, adjusting power voltage, and performing electrochemical intercalation and delamination; peeling off graphite sheet, suction filtering, washing, solvent sonicating, and centrifuging; and vacuum-filtering, and freeze-drying. USE - Method for production of graphene (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method is simple and environment-friendly, and has low cost. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Production of graphene comprises: (A) preparing 0.1-10 M electrolyte, adding anode material, fixing with foam paper, fixing with cathode material, inserting inert gas thin tube into electrolyte, fixing on foam paper, connecting periphery of electrolyte to cooling device to set electrolyte temperature reaches 5-15 degrees C, connecting positive electrode and negative electrode of direct current power source to anode material and cathode material respectively at bipolar spacing of 1-5 cm, continuously feeding inert gas, adjusting power voltage to 8-20 V, and performing electrochemical intercalation and delamination; (B) peeling off graphite sheet, suction filtering, washing to remove electrolyte ions, solvent sonicating, and centrifuging to obtain graphene dispersion; and (C) vacuum-filtering, and freeze-drying.
