DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Coated rubber rare earth compound comprises 2-3 pts. wt. octadecyl methacrylate, 10-14 pts. wt. graphene oxide, 6-7 pts. wt. N-hydroxysuccinimide, 10-12 pts. wt. ethyl-3-(3-dimethylaminopropyl) carbodiimide hydrochloride, 7-9 pts. wt. para-aminobenzenesulfonic acid, 0.6-1 pts. wt. monoethanolamine, 1-2 pts. wt. casein, 40-50 pts. wt. styrene, 0.2-0.3 pts. wt. potassium persulfate, 0.3-0.4 pts. wt. lanthanum chloride, 2-3 pts. wt. ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid, 1.7-2 pts. wt. carbon fiber, 50-67 pts. wt. of 20-25% aqueous ammonia, 100-130 pts. wt. natural rubber, 4-6 pts. wt. polyvinyl alcohol, 0.2-0.4 pts. wt. trimethylolpropane, 10-14 pts. wt. mica powder, 8-10 pts. wt. dibutyl maleate, 0.6-1 pts. wt. tetramethoxymethylglycoluril, 0.1-0.3 pts. wt. 1,2-benzisothiazolin-3-one, 0.8-1 pts. wt. sulfur, 1-2 pts. wt. accelerator and 1-2 pts. wt. antioxidant AW. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for producing coated rubber rare earth compound, which involves: (A) diluting graphite oxide with N, N-dimethylformamide, sonicating for 20-30 minutes, adding 1-ethyl-(3-dimethylaminopropyl ) carbodiimide hydrochloride, stirring for 1.7-2 hours, adding p-aminobenzenesulfonic acid, stirring reaction at room temperature for 23-24 hours, and washing 3-4 times with water to obtain sulfonated graphite; (B) adding casein to the deionized water and stirring at 60-70 degrees C for 3-4 minutes to obtain bacteriostatic solution; (C) diluting sulfonated graphite and styrene, adding the bacteriostatic solution to obtain sulfonated emulsion; (D) adding ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid into 20-25% ammonia water, adding lanthanum chloride, stirring at 60-70 degrees C for 20-30 minutes, and adding carbon fiber and soaking for 1-2 hours to obtain carbon fiber solution; (E) mixing the polyvinyl alcohol and tetramethoxymethylglycolur into a constant temperature water bath at 70-80 degrees C, stirring for 20-30 minutes to obtain premix; (F) adding potassium persulfate into the sulfonated emulsion, stirring at 70-80 degrees C for 5-6 hours under the protection of nitrogen, raising the temperature to 80-90 degrees C, adding premix, stirring for 7-10 minutes, adding the rare earth modified carbon fiber solution, vacuum drying at 60-70 degrees C for 2-3 hours to obtain the polymer modified composite filler; and (G) mixing polymer-modified composite filler with natural rubber, feeding into an internal mixer, mixing for 40-50s at 65-90 degrees C, adding raw materials other than sulfur, mixing for 10-12 minutes, cooling to 50 degrees C, mixing for 10-12 minutes, and adding the remaining raw materials to obtain final product.
