NOVELTY - Coating comprises: a first primer component comprising 20-40 pts. wt. epoxy resin, 10-40 pts. wt. filler, 0.5-2 pts. wt. graphene, 0-10 pts. wt. first solvent and 0.5-5 pts. wt. first auxiliary agent; a second primer component comprising 3-4 pts. wt. curing agent and 1-2 pts. wt. second solvent; and a topcoat component comprising 20-40 pts. wt. polyester resin, 10-30 pts. wt. amino resin, 10-20 pts. wt. third solvent and 1-7 pts. wt. second auxiliary agent. USE - The coating is useful on a frame and back plate of the photovoltaic component (claimed) to protect it from atmospheric corrosive environment e.g. C5 environment. ADVANTAGE - The coating provides excellent impact resistance and high hardness to photovoltaic component when coated on frame and back plate, does not easily damage epoxy primer exposed in air, and provides omni-directional protection to the frame and the back plate to improve weather resistance. The polyester resin and amino resin top coat can protect epoxy zinc-rich primer from UV radiation. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: preparing the coating, comprising: preparing the first primer component by dissolving epoxy resin in first solvent, firstly adding first auxiliary agent, stirring, then adding filler and uniformly stirring at a speed of 1000-2000 revolutions/minute; preparing the second primer component by uniformly stirring curing agent and second solvent at a speed of 1000-2000 revolutions/minute; preparing primer component by mixing first primer component with second primer component, uniformly stirring at a speed of 1000-2000 revolutions/minute; preparing topcoat component by firstly dissolving polyester resin and amino resin in third solvent, adding second auxiliary agent and uniformly stirring at a speed of 1000-2000 revolutions/minute to obtain the topcoat component. a photovoltaic component (100), comprising a laminate (10) and a frame (20) covered around the laminate, where the laminate comprises a backplate (30) and the coating (40) is set on the surface of the frame or the backplate.
