▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparing nano-doped asphalt coated graphite material comprises (i) preparing transition metal oxide nano-particle or hydroxide nano-particle as nano-dopant; (ii) mixing nano-dopant obtained in step (i) with the asphalt with the softening point of 150-250℃ by ball milling or jet mill to obtain the doped coated asphalt; (iii) performing high temperature liquid phase reaction to the doped coating asphalt obtained in step (ii) to obtain the nano-doped asphalt; and (iv) after crushing the nano-doped asphalt obtained in step (iii), mixing and coating with graphite carbon material, sequentially performing melting treatment, carbonization treatment, graphitization treatment and removing magnetic treatment to obtain the nano-doped asphalt coated graphite material. The transition metal oxide nano-particle is ferric oxide, cobalt oxide and nickel oxide, and hydroxide nano-particle is ferric hydroxide, cobalt hydroxide and nickel hydroxide. USE - The nano-doped asphalt coated graphite material is used as cathode material in manufacturing battery (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method: provides artificial graphite cathode material with high capacity, good multiplying power, simple process and easy mass production. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: nano-doped asphalt coated graphite material, is obtained by the above preparation method; and use method of nano-doped asphalt coated graphite material as cathode material in manufacturing battery.
