NOVELTY - Preparing high power button-type super capacitor electrode comprises (i) adding activated carbon and conductive carbon to high temperature water; (ii) mixing activated carbon and conductive carbon; (iii) stirring and mixing the mixture and polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) powder; (iv) processing the mixture by high temperature; (v) processing the product after high temperature treatment by using a jet mill; (vi) adding the material processed by the air flow crusher into the film forming machine, pressing into pole piece by high temperature roller; (vii) punching on the surface of pressed pole piece; (viii) uniformly coating graphene conductive paste on the surface of the pole piece; (ix) rolling and combining the multi-layer pole piece coated with graphene; and (x) punching the pole piece size, using the conductive graphene to adhere to the shell cover as the electrode sheet. USE - The high power button-type super capacitor electrode is useful in preparing pole piece (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method replaces the base metal of the electrode of the super capacitor with high molecular material, toughness is strong, needs to be operated for multiple times of rolling and pressing, improves the liquid absorbing performance, can coil the prepared electrode instead of one piece, thus the pole piece processing can be suitable for automatic production, utilizes the manufacturing raw material i.e. not easy to add ethanol, reduce the potential risk; and is economical. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for pole piece, is prepared by the above preparation method.
