▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Hydrophilic coating comprises 10-12 pts. wt. epoxy resin, 1-5 pts. wt. polyurethane acrylate, 0.5-40 pts. wt. fumed silica, 5-7 pts. wt. graphene, 0.1-1 pts. wt. alkaline substances, 6-8 pts. wt. surfactant, 1-8 pts. wt. photoinitiator and 60-80 pts. wt. organic solvent. USE - Hydrophilic coating. ADVANTAGE - The formulation of hydrophilic coating is based on compounding of epoxy resin and polyurethane acrylate as the film-forming substance that has good film-forming properties and does not peel under dry conditions. The addition of graphene helps to moderately reduce the contact angle between the material water and the paint, and the treatment with alkaline substances further increases the hydrophilicity of the paint, that results in making the water better form a water film. The coating have better performance due to presence of surfactants, photoinitiators and organic solvents. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing hydrophilic coating, which involves weighing required amount of epoxy resin, polyurethane acrylate, fumed silica, graphene, alkaline substance, surfactant, photoinitiator and organic solvent; adding fumed silica to the organic solvent, and stirring at 20-60 degrees C for 0.5-2 hours to obtain mixture A; heating and melting the epoxy resin, adding to the polyurethane acrylate, heating to 100-200 degrees C for 1-2 hours, adding the mixture A and the surfactant, placing it at 100-200 degrees C for 1-2 hours, and lowering the temperature to 20-30 degrees C to obtain mixture B; and adding alkaline substance, graphene, and photoinitiator to the mixture B and stirring uniformly to obtain the desired product.
