NOVELTY - Graphene plastic masterbatch comprises 15-25 pts. wt. carrier resin, 25-35 pts. wt. conductive carbon black, 30-40 pts. wt. nano-graphene sheets, 5-10 pts. wt. chlorinated paraffin, 1-3 pts. wt. butyl stearate, 0.1-0.5 pts. wt. N-( beta -aminoethyl)- gamma -aminopropyltrimethoxysilane, 0.01-0.1 pts. wt. 2,6-di-tert-butyl-p-cresol, 0.1-0.5 pts. wt. ultraviolet absorber and 0.1-1 pts. wt. antioxidant synergistic agent. USE - Used as graphene plastic masterbatch. ADVANTAGE - The graphene plastic masterbatch has simple preparation process, stable performance, it improves the interface strength by adding graphene and thus it has excellent mechanical performance, aging resistance, acid and alkali resistance, and long service life.
