NOVELTY - A silicon dioxide grafted graphene oxide/rubber composite adhesive material comprises 100 pts. wt. No. 1 rubber smoked sheet, 10-70 pts. wt. hypersonic wear-resisting carbon black, 1-5 pts. wt. silica, 0.5-5 pts. wt. silicon dioxide grafted graphene oxide nanoparticle, 0.5-5 pts. wt. silane coupling agent, 0.5-3 pts. wt. stabilizer or anti-reversion agents, 2-8 pts. wt. zinc oxide, 1-5 pts. wt. stearic acid, 1-5 pts. wt. antiaging agent, 1-5 pts. wt. protective wax, 1-5 pts. wt. insoluble sulfur, and 0.3-3 pts. wt. accelerator. USE - Silicon dioxide grafted graphene oxide/rubber composite adhesive material used for tire tread. ADVANTAGE - The composite material has high heat stability, tensile strength and tearing strength, and increased service life, and is wear-resistant and safe to use. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of silicon dioxide grafted graphene oxide/rubber composite adhesive material, comprising: (A) preparing silicon dioxide sol by adding 10-50 g sodium silicate in 250-ml conical bottle, adding 20-800 ml deionized water, dropwise adding 0.2-1 ml concentrated hydrochloric acid, stirring at 30-60 degrees C for 12-36 hours, putting the reaction liquid in 500 ml beaker, adding 50-200 ml tetrahydrofuran and 10-100 g sodium chloride, uniformly stirring, removing the lower layer clear liquid using a separating funnel, adding the upper layer organic liquid with 5-50 g anhydrous magnesium sulfate, standing overnight, and filtering; (B) preparing graphene oxide mixed solution by adding 0.1-1 g graphene oxide in a 200-ml beaker, adding 10-100 ml tetrahydrofuran, and ultrasonically dispersing at 800-5000 W for 30-120 minutes to form uniform dispersion of graphene oxide mixed solution; (C) preparing silicon dioxide grafted graphene oxide by adding 20-50 ml graphene oxide mixed solution in a reaction kettle, adding 20-50 ml silicon dioxide sol, reacting at 80 degrees C for 0.5-2 hours, filtering, washing solid, and drying to obtain gray powder as silicon dioxide grafted graphene oxide; and (D) preparing the composite material by adding No. 1 rubber smoked sheet, hypersonic wear-resisting carbon black, silica, silicon dioxide grafted graphene oxide nanoparticle, silane coupling agent, stabilizer or anti-reversion agents, zinc oxide, stearic acid, antiaging agent, protective wax, insoluble sulfur, and accelerator, mixing, and extruding the mixture.
