NOVELTY - Preparation of 3-D printing doped graphene high strength titanium alloy parts comprises modifying pure titanium powder, mixing modified pure titanium powder with spherical pure titanium powder, mixing mixed powder with graphene powder to obtain mixed powder, and preparing mixed powder by laser selective melting technology to prepare deposition state parts. USE - The method is useful for preparing 3-D printing doped graphene high strength titanium alloy parts. ADVANTAGE - The method changes the performance of the parts from the raw material, adopts laser selective melting method and ensures the high hardness and strength obviously higher than that of the un-doped graphene parts. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a scanning electron microscope image of the pure titanium powder produced by hydrogenation and dehydrogenation in the preparation method of a 3D printing doped graphene high-strength titanium alloy part before modification and the spherical titanium powder of different particle size doped.
