NOVELTY - Graphene external wall self-cleaning coating comprises 20-60 pts. wt. alkaline silica sol, 10-30 pts. wt. styrene acrylate emulsion, 2-8 pts. wt. graphene, 1-5 pts. wt. nano yttrium oxide, 1-5 pts. wt. nano cerium oxide, 0.1-1 pts. wt. film-forming aid, 0.5-3 pts. wt. surfactant, 5-10 pts. wt. thickener, 0.1-1 pts. wt. dispersant, 0.1-1 pts. wt. defoamer, 10-20 pts. wt. pigment, and 10-30 pts. wt. deionized water. USE - Used as a graphene external wall self-cleaning coating. ADVANTAGE - The self-cleaning coating: solve the problems of low bonding force and poor self-cleaning ability of the existing self-cleaning paint with external walls. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing graphene external wall self-cleaning coating comprising (1) adding the nano yttrium oxide and nano cerium oxide into deionized water, ultrasonic uniformly dispersing for 40-60 minutes under the rotating speed of 1000-2000 rotations/minute, preparing yttrium cerium composite ceramic nano liquid, (2) adding the graphene into de-ionized water, adding ethanol solution in the de-ionized water, ultrasonically uniformly dispersing for 90-180 minutes under the rotating speed of 1000-2000 rotations/minute, evaporating the ethanol to prepare graphene dispersion liquid, (3) adding the film forming aid into the reaction kettle, adding de-ionized water, stirring, orderly adding surfactant, thickening agent, dispersant, antifoaming agent, stirring uniformly, slowly adding alkaline silica sol in the reaction kettle, adding styrene acrylate emulsion, graphene dispersion liquid and yttrium cerium composite ceramic nano liquid, stirring uniformly, grinding and dispersing by a grinder, grinding time is 1-2 hours, and (4) adding pigment and de-ionized water in the grinding material, stirring and mixing uniformly at the rotating speed of 800-1200 rotations/minute to obtain the coating.
