▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Chitosan functionalized graphene/polyvinylidene fluoride hybrid ultrafiltration membrane comprises 16-20 wt.% polyvinylidene fluoride, 0.3-5 wt.% porogen, 78-82 wt.% organic solvent and chitosan-graphene oxide, where the weight of the chitosan-graphene oxide is 0.2-2 wt.% by weight of the polyvinylidene fluoride. USE - Chitosan functionalized graphene/polyvinylidene fluoride hybrid ultrafiltration membrane. ADVANTAGE - The chitosan functionalized graphene/polyvinylidene fluoride hybrid ultrafiltration membrane improves the dispersibility of the graphene oxide and hydrophilicity in the film matrix, improves water flux and the anti-pollution performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for method for chitosan functionalized graphene/polyvinylidene fluoride hybrid ultrafiltration membrane preparation, which involves: (A) adding chitosan-graphene oxide into an organic solvent, and ultrasonic cleaning at room temperature to obtain the chitosan-graphene oxide dispersion liquid; (B) adding polyvinylidene fluoride and porogen to the chitosan-graphene oxide dispersion liquid, stirring and dissolving uniformly; (C) standing defoaming to obtain casting layer, and then uniformly scraping onto a polyester nonwoven fabric and then immediately immersing in the coagulation bath; and (D) curing, peeling off and then immersing in the deionized water to remove the residual solvent to obtain chitosan functionalized graphene/polyvinylidene fluoride hybrid ultrafiltration membrane.
