NOVELTY - The preparation device has a main portion structure comprising a hopper (1), an electronic scale (2), a sealing cover (3), an air inlet valve (4), a hose (5), a piston pump (6), a first check valve (7) and an electro-hydraulic stepping motor (8). A third pipeline (16) is provided with a third check valve (20). A spiral agitating vane (210) of a spiral stirrer (21) extends into a blending reaction kettle (15). The top of the blending reaction kettle through a fourth pipeline (22) is connected with a screw rod extruder (23). The bottom of blending reaction kettle is connected with the screw rod extruder through a fifth pipeline (24). The fourth pipeline is provided with a circulating valve (25). The fifth pipeline is provided with a fourth check valve (26). The top of the screw rod extruder is connected with a discharging pipeline (27). The discharging pipeline is provided with a discharge valve (28). The discharging pipeline and the discharge valve are made of titanium alloy. USE - Preparation device for graphene conductive silica gel. ADVANTAGE - The preparation device realizes lossless addition of graphene in the preparation process of a graphene conductive silica gel material, and also reduces production cost effectively.
