NOVELTY - Degradable polylactic acid foamed material comprises 50-60 pts. wt. polybutylene terephthalate; 30-40 pts. wt. polylactic acid; 20-30 pts. wt. composite plant fiber; 3-8 pts. wt. a foaming agent; 5-10 pts. wt. a chain extender; 1-3 pts. wt. a nucleating agent; 2-4 pts. wt. peroxide cross-linking agent, where composite plant fiber consists of starch components and fiber components in a ratio of 1:2; the composite plant fiber is doped with 1-2 pts. wt. montmorillonite. USE - Degradable polylactic acid foaming material. ADVANTAGE - The degradable polylactic acid foaming material improves flexibility of the material and the bonding force between the material molecules, matching with montmorillonite to effectively enhance the structure stability of the material. The preparation method is simple, the process is easy to operate and control, it is suitable for mass production, realizes polylactic acid foaming material with enhanced physical property and continuous controllable stable foaming. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for the preparation method of degradable polylactic acid foaming material, which involves (i) preparing foaming material raw materials, and placing the prepared raw materials in a high-speed mixer to mix for 20 minutes to obtain mixed raw materials; (ii) adding the mixed foaming material raw materials into a double-screw extruder, carrying out melt blending at the temperature of 160-200 ℃, and granulating to obtain biodegradable foaming plastic composite master batches after melt blending; (iii) adding the composite material master batch into a double-stage single-screw foaming extruder, performing melt foaming at the processing temperature of 130-200 ℃, extruding the composite material melt, and cooling and shaping to obtain a foaming material matrix; and (iv) carrying out irradiation crosslinking on the foaming material matrix, and then carrying out foaming to prepare the degradable foaming material.
