NOVELTY - Biomimetic structure, comprises a transparent heat insulation material layer set along the setting direction sequentially photo-thermal conversion material layer and phase change material layer, where the transparent heat insulation material layer is at least used for making the sunlight incident but also can prevent energy dissipation of the convergence. The photo-thermal conversion material layer at least can absorb sunlight and convert heat and the phase change material layer at least can store the energy. USE - The biomimetic structure is useful in the field of thermal management (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The biomimetic structure: is suitable for high-efficiency and energy collection and storage; has excellent synergistic high-transparency, heat insulation materials, high-efficiency photothermal conversion materials and phase change energy storage materials; realizes the favorable regulation and control of temperature in a specific scene; and promote structural design's value. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the biomimetic structure, comprising hot-pressing the phase change material to form a phase change material layer as bottom layer, arranging photo-thermal conversion material layer on the phase change material layer, and arranging the transparent heat insulation material layer on the photothermal conversion material layer to obtain the product.
