NOVELTY - Summer retarding high-performance structural adhesive comprises 100 pts. wt. epoxy resin, 10-60 pts. wt. silicon powder, 5-40 pts. wt. nano-calcium carbonate, 1-6 pts. wt. chopped carbon fiber, 1-4 pts. wt. modified graphene, 20-50 pts. wt. polyamide, 30-50 pts. wt. aromatic amine and 1-4 pts. wt. silane coupling agent. USE - The summer retarding high-performance structural adhesive is used as bridge strengthening connecting agent material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The high-performance structural adhesive has high bonding strength, excellent weather resistance, durability, long application period for construction in a high temperature environment, no sagging phenomenon, excellent thixotropic property, high strength, certain stiffness, toughness, environmental protection and convenient construction. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing the summer retarding high-performance structural adhesive, which involves (i) placing modified graphene in an anhydrous ethanol solution, magnetically stirring at room temperature for 5 minutes to prepare a mixture (D), adding the mixture (D) and chopped carbon fiber to epoxy resin, stirring at constant temperature until ethanol evaporates, placing the silane coupling agent, silicon micropowder and nano-calcium carbonate in a mixer at room temperature, uniformly mixing, placing in a closed container, vacuuming and degassing to prepare a mixture (A), (ii) mixing the raw materials of silicon micropowder, polyamide, aromatic amine and chopped carbon fiber, placing in the mixer, uniformly stirring under normal temperature conditions, placing in a closed container, vacumming and degassing to prepare a mixture (B), and (iii) mixing the mixture (A) and the mixture (B), placing in the mixer, uniformly stirring under normal temperature conditions, placing in a closed container, vacuuming and degassing to prepare the high-performance structural adhesive.
