▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Method for non-destructive detecting graphene point defect comprises slowly baking graphene on a metal foil in a baking device to realize optical visualization of a middle point defect of the graphene. The baking device is provided with a high temperature oxygen-containing atmosphere and a low temperature oxygen-containing atmosphere. The low temperature oxygen-containing atmosphere is provided with a high temperature oxygen-containing atmosphere and a low temperature oxygen-containing atmosphere. USE - The method is useful for non-destructive detecting graphene point defect. ADVANTAGE - The method has very simple operation.
