NOVELTY - An antistatic coating liquid composition comprises antistatic graphene, and a binder resin containing water-soluble or water-dispersible hydrophilic units. USE - Antistatic coating liquid composition is used for forming antistatic optical films of adhesion type polarizing plates of LCDs (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The antistatic coating liquid forms optical films having excellent antistatic property, physical property, optical permeability, durability, humidity resistance, high-temperature resistance, and reworking property.
