NOVELTY - Preparing stone ink lubricating bearing, comprises: pre-processing by adding polymer precursor and catalyst into a reaction vessel, and reacting to obtain ultra-high molecular thermosetting resin solution; modifying by adding solid lubricant and alkali in ultra-high molecular thermosetting resin solution, and stirring to obtain modified ultra-high molecular thermosetting resin solution; impregnating the ultra-high molecular thermosetting resin solution on frame material to obtain semi-cured polymer nanocomposite material sheet; and placing the semi-cured polymer nanocomposite material sheet into a pressing machine, and pressing to obtain the stone ink lubricating bearing. USE - The stone ink lubricating bearing is useful in ship for bearing gravity load of tail shaft, propeller shaft, and propeller and its accessories. ADVANTAGE - The stone ink lubricating bearing has relatively strong mechanical performance and stability of the size, and simultaneously ensures low friction coefficient and volume abrasion loss under extreme working conditions.
