NOVELTY - Graphene continuous glass fiber reinforced with halogen-free, flame-retardant and weather-resistant poly(p-phenylene oxide)/high impact polystyrene alloy material comprises 360-480 pts. wt. poly(p-phenylene oxide), 240-320 pts. wt. high impact polystyrene, 200-400 pts. wt. continuous glass fiber, 5-15 pts. wt. graphite, 10-20 pts. wt. compatibilizer, 50-80 pts. wt. flexibilizer, 80-120 pts. wt. fire retardant, 6-10 pts. wt. antioxidant, 3-5 pts. wt. composite light stabilizer, 4-8 pts. wt. lubricant and 5-15 pts. wt. metal oxide. USE - Graphene continuous glass fiber reinforced with halogen-free, flame-retardant and weather-resistant poly(p-phenylene oxide)/high impact polystyrene alloy material. ADVANTAGE - The material has high production efficiency , and can be recycled. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of graphene continuous glass fiber reinforced with halogen-free, flame-retardant and weather-resistant poly(p-phenylene oxide)/high impact polystyrene alloy material comprising adding graphene into high-speed mixer, adding sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate and silane coupling agent, and mixing at 50-60 degrees C for 4-6 minutes; adding pre-dried poly(p-phenylene oxide), high impact polystyrene alloy material, compatibilizers, tougheners, flame retardants, antioxidants, complex light stabilizers, lubricants and metal oxides into mixer, mixing at 40-60oC for 3-5 minutes, adding hopper, and drying at 80-90 degrees C; using continuous fiber reinforced thermoplastic impregnation equipment, injecting melted plastic material through twin-screw extruder into impregnation equipment, injecting continuous glass fiber through inlet channel into impregnation mold, uniformly spreading glass fiber by tension roller, dispersing molten resin through stereotypes die, cooling, and cutting graphene synergic continuous glass fiber reinforced with halogen-free flame retardant poly(p-phenylene oxide)/high impact polystyrene alloy material into 6-25 mm length; and mixing and melting temperature was setting first stage temperature at 140-160 degrees C, second stage temperature at 230-240 degrees C, third stage temperature at 250-260 degrees C, fourth stage temperature at 260-270 degrees C and fifth stage temperature at 270-280 degrees C, melting at 250-270 degrees C, setting nose temperature at 265-275 degrees C and impregnation equipment temperature at 260-280 degrees C, shaping die into 3.0-4.0 mm, preheating poly(p-phenylene oxide) at 100-110 degrees C for 3-4 hours, and preheating high impact polystyrene and drying at 80-90 degrees C for 1-2 hours.
