NOVELTY - Preparing thermoplastic elastomer oil bag cloth comprises using coating layer and base cloth layer, where the coating layer is thermoplastic elastomer including polyolefin composition, compatibilizer, conductive pigment and filler, specifically e.g. (1) preparing solvent-based adhesive, using padding machine to process base cloth, and soaking base cloth with solvent-based adhesive through material pan, extruding excess rubber by roll, and drying solvent, (2) mixing raw materials of thermoplastic elastomer, dehydrating, and placing into hopper of extruder, heating and extruding by extruder, conveying by rotating screw, extruding through heated T-shaped casting die, cooling and shaping, (3) transferring coating layer to roller surface, combining coating layer and base cloth layer, and (4) passing oil bag cloth through a constant temperature oven, using strong electron beam and UV radiation to carrying out surface polarization and crosslinking treatment on coating layer. USE - The method is useful for preparing thermoplastic elastomer oil bag cloth, which is useful for storing and transporting petroleum, various fuel, other sebum and chemical industry raw material. ADVANTAGE - The oil bag cloth is light, environmentally friendly, clean and safe, and has strong weather resistance, long service life, regenerative property, low temperature resistance, and good solvent resistance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing thermoplastic elastomer oil bag cloth comprises using coating layer and base cloth layer, where the coating layer is thermoplastic elastomer including 70-148 pts. wt. polyolefin composition, 5-20 pts. wt. compatibilizer, 5-24 pts. wt. conductive pigment and filler, specifically (1) preparing solvent-based adhesive, using padding machine to process base cloth, and soaking base cloth with solvent-based adhesive through the material pan, extruding excess rubber by the roll, and drying solvent in a constant temperature oven to obtain base cloth layer, (2) mixing raw materials of thermoplastic elastomer, dehydrating, and placing into hopper of extruder under the conditions of 260-290℃ and extrusion speed of 50-150 revolutions/minute, heating and extruding by extruder, conveying by rotating screw, extruding through heated T-shaped casting die, cooling and shaping to obtain coating layer, (3) transferring coating layer to roller surface, combining coating layer and base cloth layer by hot pressing, and preliminarily set shape after cooling, and (4) passing oil bag cloth through a constant temperature oven to maintain temperature of oil bag cloth above 120℃, using strong electron beam and UV radiation to carrying out surface polarization and crosslinking treatment on coating layer to obtain oil bag cloth with high barrier property.
