NOVELTY - Preparing polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) piezoelectric film casting having ultra-thin thickness, comprises e.g. (i) using high molecular polymer polyvinylidene fluoride powder as substrate, placing in mixing device, adding piezoelectric material powder, mixing uniformly to obtain substrate powder, then adding graphene oxide and organic solvent, adding cross-linking agent, and performing vacuum defoaming treatment to obtain composite solution, (ii) performing surface hydrophilic treatment on the casting baseband and performing surface hydrophobic treatment on the scraper, (iii) adding the obtained composite solution into groove of casting machine to form liquid film, and drying the formed liquid film to obtain film, (iv) stretching the obtained film, fully stretching and forming to proper process condition, carrying out polarization treatment and then sending to plating machine for evaporation electrode to obtain final product, and detecting the final product. USE - The method is useful in the technical field of preparing piezoelectric film casting. ADVANTAGE - The PVDF piezoelectric film achieves the effect of in situ aggregation, improves overall stability and aging resistance, improves piezoelectric performance compared with existing technology, reduces the agglomeration phenomenon, and improves blending effect. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) piezoelectric film casting having ultra-thin thickness, comprises (i) using high molecular polymer polyvinylidene fluoride powder as substrate, placing in mixing device at normal temperature, adding piezoelectric material powder, mixing uniformly to obtain substrate powder, then adding graphene oxide, heating to 60-80 ℃, after mixing, rapidly cooling, then adding organic solvent, mixing uniformly again, adding cross-linking agent, after uniformly mixing, and performing vacuum defoaming treatment to obtain composite solution, (ii) performing surface hydrophilic treatment on the casting baseband and performing surface hydrophobic treatment on the scraper, (iii) adding the obtained composite solution into groove of casting machine, and adjusting the flatness of casting baseband, the height of scraper is set to be 260-350 µm, and the casting speed is 0.2-0.5 mm/s, the temperature of the bottom plate is set to 90-120 ℃, and turning on exhaust fan for casting process, making the composite solution cast on the surface of casting base belt to form liquid film, and drying the formed liquid film at constant temperature of 100-130 ℃ for 1-1.5 hours to obtain film, (iv) stretching the obtained film, fully stretching and forming to proper process condition, placing in constant temperature box at 140-150 ℃ for heating and curing, naturally cooling after storing for 24 hours to finish the heat setting, then cutting, and sending to subsequent polarization process, carrying out polarization treatment and then sending to plating machine for evaporation electrode to obtain final product, and detecting the final product.
