NOVELTY - Cross-linked polyethylene high-voltage cable comprises wire core, shielding layer and insulating layer in sequence from the inside to the outside. The shielding layer comprises 200-300 pts. wt. resin matrix and 8-12 pts. wt. conductive filler. The conductive filler is prepared by grafting the antioxidant on the conductive filler. USE - The cable is useful as key component of power transmission in power energy application process, long distance, large capacity transmission, cross-sea power transmission, distributed and intermittent type energy power grid. ADVANTAGE - The cable has high electric stability, excellent mechanical performance, is not easy to age under the action of direct current, prolongs the service life of the cable, and has high economic value. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the cable, comprising (1) mixing and extruding the raw materials of the shielding layer to obtain the shielding layer, (2) mixing and extruding the raw materials of the insulating layer to obtain the insulating layer, and (3) wrapping the shielding layer obtained in the step (1) and the insulating layer obtained in the step (2) around the core in turn to obtain cable.
