▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Method for producing multilayer graphene, involves recrystallizing the catalyst film by performing a first heat treatment of heating the catalyst film containing iron and nickel in an atmosphere containing hydrogen, and performing a second heat treatment of heating the catalyst film in an atmosphere containing hydrogen and hydrocarbons, and forming stacked graphenes having a random stacking structure on the surface of the catalyst film. USE - The method is used for producing multilayer graphene. ADVANTAGE - The multilayer graphene has random laminated structure which suppresses number of graphene layers and in-plane variation in the number of layers.
