NOVELTY - Preparing composite graphene heat-conducting film, comprises adding liquid phase exfoliation graphene, titanium dioxide nanosheets and dispersant polyvinylpyrrolidone with a mass ratio of 100: (1-10): (10-20) into water and stirring to obtain composite graphene slurry and stirring to obtain composite graphene slurry, coating the composite graphene slurry on the substrate, and introducing the coated substrate into a tunnel furnace, and separating the film from the substrate and rolling. USE - The method is useful for preparing composite graphene heat conducting film which is useful in a mobile phone chip, a solar cell and a solar panel.
