NOVELTY - Preparation of photocatalyst with ternary composite structure, involves (i) preparing black phosphorus quantum dot dispersion and graphene oxide dispersion, (ii) mixing silver nitrate and organic amine and stirring to obtain silver amine complex solution, adding silver amine complex solution and black phosphorus quantum dot dispersion to organic solvent, ultrasonically processing to obtain silver cluster/black phosphorus nanocomposite dispersion, (iii) mixing silver cluster/black phosphorus nanocomposite dispersion and graphene oxide dispersion and carrying out centrifugal washing. USE - Preparation of photocatalyst with ternary composite structure. ADVANTAGE - The photocatalyst responds to visible light and near-infrared light through two-dimensional graphene oxide and black phosphorus quantum dots. The excited electrons can be transferred from the black phosphorus quantum dots through the graphene oxide to the silver cluster surface, and thus exhibiting excellent photocatalytic activity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - The preparation of photocatalyst with ternary composite structure, involves (i) preparing black phosphorus quantum dot dispersion and graphene oxide dispersion, (ii) mixing silver nitrate and organic amine and stirring to obtain silver amine complex solution, adding silver amine complex solution and black phosphorus quantum dot dispersion to an organic solvent in a molar ratio of 1:1-1:20, ultrasonically processing to obtain silver cluster/black phosphorus nanocomposite dispersion, (iii) mixing silver cluster/black phosphorus nanocomposite dispersion and graphene oxide dispersion in a predetermined molar ratio, and carrying out centrifugal washing.
